Our culinary team takes great pride in offering guests a consistently high standard of fine cuisine and attentive service. Known for fine dining and unmatched elegance, we are dedicated to putting together a memorable menu that meets your tastes. 

Our chefs specialize in full-service dinners to buffet presentations and are most knowledgeable and capable of satisfying your menu needs. We accommodate up to 120 guests for sit-down dinners. For larger weddings of up to 180 patrons, we are proud to serve a distinct buffet complete with entrees, sides and salads. We are happy to discuss menus and options for your wedding. For guests staying at our lodge, room rates include a continental breakfast buffet. To-go lunch boxes are also available at an additional cost.  The menus feature selections that are prepared daily with the freshest ingredients.  Enjoy the Rustler’s perfect Alta combination of casual comfort, exquisite cuisine and exceptional service.
