Friday/Saturday Weekend Buyout
- Exclusivity of the lodge weekend buyout for a private, singular experience

- Rehearsal dinner on patio Friday evening
- Saturday evening wedding ceremony and reception catered by the Rustler Lodge’s culinary team
- Sunday 12 p.m. check-out
- 60 rooms for you and your guests **30 room requirement upon booking
- Complimentary wedding night suite
- Continental breakfast buffet included in room rate
- Complete staffing for event set-up and breakdown:
- All tables, chairs, silver, china, glassware, and house linens

Yes, but we require eall of our couples hire a professional “day of” wedding coordinator. The Rustler will have an on-site wedding event coordinator to assist with any venue questions and provide you with vendor recommendations. A detailed timeline and floor plan is required one week prior to the wedding.
Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 180 guests. For sit-down dinners, we can serve 120 guests and anything above this number will be a buffet offering.
Yes, please reach out if you are interested in touring the lodge and we will do our best to schedule a time that works for you.
According to Utah State Liquor Laws and licensing, the lodge must purchase, provide, and serve all liquor, wine, and beer on our property.
The Town of Alta noise ordinance is 11 p.m. for outdoor events. Closure of the indoor event is negotiable.
There will be no outside food brought on our premises. We will take care of all of the catering. Our chefs are willing to accommodate dietary preferences [hyperlink to Food Allergies page] and provide a menu that meets your vision.
We will clean our facilities’ floors, tables, chairs, service areas, etc. You will be responsible for removable of all personal items brought to our lodge by noon the day of departure.
